SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
Products will be delivered on Mondays (between 9 am and 3 pm) provided the order has been placed by the previous Friday at the latest. For Singapore only.
For International orders, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact us for an estimate on the shipping cost and estimated delivery date prior to placing an order.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Twists of Life has a strict no refund and no cancellation policies for undamaged, customized or personalized items.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We gladly accepts exchanges.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
